Exceptional people. Mary and Mark both came out tonight to fix my fridge and Mary was very helpful in explaining to both me and my mother on how my fridge and freezer doors had both come off its hinges. Awesome price, very affordable, done a quick and excellent job and were done in half an hour with both doors back on.

Very impressed with the great customer service received. I rang about a quote to replace the seal on my fridge, when Mary realised that it might not actually need to be replaced she talked me through the steps on trying to fix it. This obviously meant they missed out on the sale this time, but have left me rather impressed, most companies these days are all about their sales targets and making money. I'm very impressed and will be recommending them to anyone who mentions their seals might need replacing. Great service, and looking to do the right thing for their customers. I called thinking I would need to organise a quote for a new seal on my fridge and the lady I spoke to made me have a good look at it and I realised it had just come out if the grooves at the bottom which I couldn't see. Any other business would have put me out $150 but instead I got some lovely advice on how to keep it all clean and in good nick. Mark came and put a new seal and fixed the door on an old fridge that was nearly ready for the tip. (Or so I thought) Now, it's as good as new! Great, friendly service from both Mary and Mark. They will go above and beyond to help out. Thank you!!

Great service! Over the phone they explained that I would most likely be able to fix the fridge myself - and even talked me through how to do it!! I was prepared to pay them to come and do it - but their advice saved me!
